Companies pay extra to reach specific audiences — Lagos professionals, Igbo speakers, full-time freelancers. You only see studies that match your profile, so the more you fill in honestly, the more studies match you.

You need to be at least 80% complete before you can take paid studies. The blocking required fields:

• Full name, phone, and one bank account for payouts (verified via Paystack)
• Date of birth, gender, state, and LGA
• Employment + income bracket
• Device and internet access

This is a short recorded test we use to filter out unserious testers and bots. You speak aloud as you complete a small task, then answer a few questions. An admin watches your submission and either approves you (you get a star rating, you're in) or asks you to retry once.

Tip: Use a quiet room. Speak in clear English (or Pidgin — both are fine). The admin needs to hear you, not the background.

Most paid studies involve screen recording — you'll need our free Chrome extension. The extension shows the test questions in a side panel while you complete the task on the actual website / prototype.

• Recording happens entirely on your laptop / desktop — phones can't record yet
• You must share your entire screen, not a single window
• Microphone must be allowed — talk-aloud is the most valuable signal

Your tester dashboard shows every paid study you currently qualify for — sorted by reward. Click any study to read what it's about, what device it needs, and how long it'll take.

Some studies have a quick screener questionnaire before you can claim a spot. Heads-up:

• You can't go back in the screener — answer carefully
• You can only have one active study at a time. Finish or cancel before starting another.

Click Start test and the extension side panel opens with the test questions. Read the task instructions, share your screen, allow your microphone, and begin.

What companies want to hear:

• Narrate what you're thinking — "I'm clicking this because…" / "I expected this to do X but…"
• Don't pretend things are great. Honesty earns better ratings.
• Finish what you start — partial recordings count against your completion rate

Heads-up: every recording and written answer is run through automated quality checks before it reaches admin review. Rushed, scripted-sounding, or copy-pasted answers get flagged. Talk through your real thoughts out loud as you go — that's what keeps your rating (and your payout) safe.

Survey responses auto-approve 24 hours after you submit (Mon–Thu). Submitted on Fri/Sat/Sun? Auto-approves the following Tuesday. Recording studies auto-approve after 5 working days if the company doesn't review them sooner.

Payouts run every Friday for everything approved that week. Money goes via Paystack straight to your verified Nigerian bank account. We don't take a cent from your earnings — the company pays the platform fee separately.
