How is the minimum calculated?
The system computes a fair floor based on what your study asks of testers:
- · Base of ₦1,000 per tester
- · +₦50 per question
- · +₦5,000 per recording task (website, app, Figma)
- · +₦1,500 per video interview
- · +₦15,000 for industry / professional filters
- · +₦5,000 for income bracket filters
You can always pay more than the minimum to recruit faster.
